If you encounter a broken or faulty part, such as an adapter, filter compartment, or any piece associated with our Tap Water Filter products, rest assured that we are here to help. To receive a free replacement, please send us the following details:

1) A photo and/or a quick video of the problematic area.

2) Your order number.

3) The current shipping address where the replacement can be sent.

Once we have these details, we will organise a replacement order for you. In some cases, we may have to wait for restocking if the item is currently not available. Our team is committed to resolving your concerns and ensuring that you can use our products effectively.
