Shipping Carriers:
We exclusively use eParcel and Australia Post for our shipping services to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of your orders.
Shipping Methods:
Standard Shipping.
Shipping Rates:
- Free Standard Shipping for purchases over $150.
- $10 Standard Shipping fee for purchases under $150.
- $15 Express Shipping.
Processing Time:
- Same Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 12pm (midday) Sydney time are dispatched the same day.
- For orders placed after midday, we dispatch within the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once the order has been shipped. Please note, unforeseen events such as natural disasters can impact dispatch times.
Shipping Time Estimates:
Parcel Post:
- Same State (NSW): 2-4 business days.
- Interstate: 3-6 business days.
Express Post:
- Same State (NSW): 1-2 business days.
- Interstate: 1-3 business days.
Order Tracking: Customers will receive tracking numbers to check the status of their shipment.
Handling Fees: We do not charge any handling fees in addition to shipping costs.
Damaged/Lost Shipments: If items arrive damaged or are lost in transit, we will replace them.
Changes to Shipping Address: Customers can change their shipping address up until 12pm AEDT by emailing [email protected].
PO Boxes, Parcel Locker, Parcel Collect and Military Addresses: We ship to PO Boxes and Military Addresses.
Packaging: Our items are typically packaged in environmentally-friendly, biodegradable packaging. We include an additional adhesive strip for returning items when needed.
Holiday Shipping: We do not have special notes or cut-off dates for holiday seasons.
Force Majeure Clause: Please note that unforeseen events such as natural disasters can impact dispatch times. In such cases, we will do our best to keep customers informed of any delays.
